Mushroom pastrami

Our mushroom pastrami is made from a blend of oyster mushrooms, maitake, trumpet and shitake mushrooms. The mushrooms are marinated in our house blend of organic spices, pressed while cooking to concentrate their flavor and enhance their meaty texture, cold smoked and finished with a touch of red wine vinegar. Delicious hot or cold, our favorite way to enjoy them is warmed up on rye with spicy deli mustard. small size is 6oz, large size is 1lb
