Clotted Cream: We cook the cream at 180 f for 12 hours, until the fat rises to the surface and thickens. We then refrigerate the thickened cream for 8 hours and drain the buttermilk. Served with a side of Avocado Honey from Bill’s Bees. This honey is made from bees that gather nectar from avocado blossoms from the avocado orchards of Ventura County, ca. It is dark, rich, and buttery in flavor
