Vietnamese rocky road

Inspired by: hải vân pass, vietnam || hải vân pass, which translates to “sea cloud pass”, is a thrilling, winding road from đà nang to huế through a landscape of green mountains and sea mist with roadside coffee stops dotted along the way. It inspired this “rocky road” of Vietnamese coffee ice cream laced with “clouds” of condensed milk marshmallow and crunchy caramelized cacao nibs + French roast bits. (Contains: dairy, egg)
