Inomoni Vegan Dim Sum

INO-Peruvian Rice Chef Moni made inspired by an Aji Verde Sauce prompted by fond memories of yesteryears with an old friend. Dish comes with plain without Vegan Protein/ Substitutes. Please add-on as desired. ***Warning: This dish is mildly spicy due to the Green Aji Verde Sauce, but comes with Thai Chili Peppers that are fairly spicy if one chooses to take a bite straight into it.*** Notes from Chef Moni: I must confess, I've never had Peruvian food and don't know too much about the culture (but I want to learn!) So, it must come off a bit random that this Green Rice has entered INOMONI's menu. Inomoni was born from Our need for Nostalgia, and this Green Rice is no different. It's a recipe from the heart--concocted of all the memories of a time in my life shared with my dear friend who shared a recipe with me. So a huge shout-out and Thank you to that person. This dish is dedicated to you
