They are also rubbed with a blend of chili powder, paprika, salt and pepper, then smoked for approximately 2 hours. The skin is then removed and the racks are sliced into individual ribs. Our beef ribs are served with Smokehouse sauce; however, occasionally they are requested with North Carolina sauce. Although tender, the nature of beef is not as tender as pork. Our barbecue chicken is prepared by rubbing the birds with a blend of chili powder, paprika, salt and pepper. We then smoke them for approximately 2 hours. Our BBQ chicken is moist and tender and retains a flavorful, smoky taste. It is served with Smokehouse sauce; however, it occasionally is requested with North Carolina sauce.Note - Because we smoke our meats over hickory wood the meat will look pink, due to colorization from the hickory smoke

Key lime pie gets its name from the famous citrus region--the Florida Keys. We start out by making a graham cracker crust from graham cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine. Next we fill it with a rich homemade lime filling and bake. After cooling, we add a fresh real whipped cream topping, and it's ready to go. The end result is best described by tasting, but is similar in consistency to a lemon chiffon pie only made with limes and topped with real whipped cream. This dessert is light and fluffy, a perfect combination with bbq. * a bite of culture: The traditional Florida Key Lime Pie is made from real Key limes. This variety of lime yields a pie with inherent bitterness. Johnny Rebs' has chosen instead to make our pie from less bitter limes
