2019 Clos du Rouge Gorge. Hors Champ LA Femme Soleil. Roussillon, fr (org) White wine made from one the finest producers of natural/biodynamic wine in France. Cyril Fhal, who gained experience from the Loire Valley, later came to the Roussillon region to produce his own wine in a small vineyard, cultivated on soil prevalent to gneiss and slate. It brings out, with raw transparency, the characteristics of mineral in the soil. Delicious bitter, with notes of citrus and pear. With only 3500 bottles produced, keep an eye out for this one

2019 Gaudioso. Zibbibo. Partanna, Sicily, it (org) "Golden yellow in colour. On the nose there are scents of yellow flowers, candied citrus fruits, vanilla but also syruped apricots and pleasant balsamic notes. On the palate there is a good persistence with an aromatic and elegant finish and an almond and caramel aftertaste."

2019 Masia de LA Roqua. Fugac. Penedes, Catalunya, es (org). The color is amazingly deep deep golden. The aroma is complex - full of vegetables, butter-fried mushrooms, shelf, slightly sour and notes of butter. The taste is completely unique. A good body, well-balanced acidity and in beautiful balance with a discreet sweetness. The notes are complex with traces of vegetables such as asparagus, artichoke and freshly cut grass. Nice and long aftertaste with notes of slightly green beans and nuts

2017 Clos Lentiscus. Perill Blanc, Penedes, Catalunya, es (bio). Biodynamic winemaking pioneer in the region, Manel Ivinyo focuses on native grapes of Catalunya. Old vine xarel.lo aged in amphora for six months. Plenty of mineral structure, medium bodied yet delicate and elegant with just enough texture. Incredible

2019 Le Coste. Bianco. Gradoli, Lazio, it (bio) “Vines planted over volcanic soils surrounding Lake Bolsena. Electric orange/amber hue. A warmer vintage provided more robust grapes, which were macerated for two weeks in tini, before being pressed off to big old casks for a year of élevage. Complex notes of citrus, smoke and spice, fine tannins and a long, mineral finish make for something truly special.”
