Parish Events’ classic 18-hour braised short ribs are prepared exactly as we serve them at our events: slow-cooked, deeply flavorful, and finished with a rich au jus. As such, this item is non-refundable & non-cancelable once the order is placed. Free pickup is available during scheduled pickup windows. Local delivery is available for an additional fee (someone must be available during the scheduled delivery window to receive the order) Short rib orders are produced according to scheduled release windows. Orders placed outside of the current ordering period will be automatically scheduled for the next available production and delivery dates listed above.All sales are final.
