A limited-time, brothless Ramen featuring chewy noodles tossed in our house-made cilantro paste. This herb-forward bowl is topped with fresh diced salmon, crisp jalapeño for a touch of heat, and a generous portion of marinated ikura—even more than what you see in the photo! Finished with green onions and a squeeze of fresh lime. Chef’s Note: Mazemen is all about the mix! Be sure to toss the noodles thoroughly to coat every strand in our signature cilantro verde. *Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness
